CONDITIONS:

Non smoking, no pets.
Accepted mode of payment: check.
Deposit: 50% of the total amount at the moment of the reservation.
Balance: 30 days before arrival. A postdated check for the balance must be included with the deposit.
Reservations made less than 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the moment of the reservation.
Reservations which are not paid at the indicated date (deposit or/and balance), or which have a check returned by the bank, will be automatically cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

30 days or more before arrival date: deposit is non-refundable, unless the house is rented to another tenant for the same period. If the house is rented to another tenant, the deposit will be returned, less a 50$CAN cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: the deposit is non-refundable.
